2-3 Yrs Credit Manager

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Credit Manager with 2-3 years of experience to join our finance team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will possess a Master's degree and have a strong understanding of credit risk assessment and management within the retail sector.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assess the creditworthiness of new and existing corporate clients, ensuring adherence to company credit policies.
- Manage and monitor the receivables portfolio, identifying and mitigating potential risks.
- Develop and implement effective credit control strategies to minimize bad debts.
- Liaise with sales and legal teams to resolve outstanding credit issues and ensure timely recovery of dues.
- Prepare regular reports on credit exposure, collection performance, and aging analysis for senior management.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date credit records and documentation.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and regulatory changes impacting credit management.
