3-5 Yrs Insurance Operations Manager

Role Summary: We are seeking an experienced Insurance Operations Manager to oversee and optimize our corporate insurance functions within the Petrochemical/Plastics/Rubber division. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day insurance operations, ensuring compliance, and driving efficiency in claims management, policy administration, and risk mitigation strategies. This role requires a strong analytical background, exceptional organizational skills, and a deep understanding of insurance principles, particularly within an industrial context.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of corporate insurance policies, including renewals, endorsements, and policy issuance.
- Oversee claims management process, ensuring timely reporting, investigation, and resolution of insurance claims.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders (e.g., legal, finance, operations) and external insurance providers to assess risks and determine appropriate insurance coverage.
- Develop and implement operational procedures and best practices for the insurance department.
- Conduct regular reviews of insurance programs to identify potential gaps and recommend improvements.
- Analyze insurance data to identify trends, assess risk exposure, and provide insights for decision-making.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant insurance regulations and company policies.
- Prepare reports on insurance operations, claims status, and risk exposure for senior management.
- Support the development and execution of risk management strategies for the business unit.
