We are seeking a skilled and experienced Tunnel Engineer with 3-5 years of experience to join our team on a contract basis. The ideal candidate will possess a Master of Computer Applications (MCA) degree and have a strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software development principles. This role is crucial for developing and maintaining our internal systems and client-facing solutions within the BPO/Call Centre domain.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and implement software solutions for the BPO industry, focusing on efficiency and scalability.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
Perform code reviews, testing, and debugging to ensure high-quality software delivery.
Maintain and enhance existing systems, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and best practices.
