Role Summary: We are seeking an enthusiastic and results-oriented Sales Consultant with 3-5 years of experience, holding a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree, to join our dynamic BPO/Call Centre team in Indore. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth by identifying and engaging potential clients, understanding their needs, and presenting our BPO solutions effectively. This role requires excellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship management skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and prospect potential clients within the BPO/Call Centre industry or related sectors.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
Understand client requirements and propose tailored BPO solutions that meet their business objectives.
Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
Negotiate contract terms and close sales deals to achieve revenue targets.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
Provide regular reports on sales activities and performance.
