Accounts Receivable Manager (3-5 Yrs) - Vadodara

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Manager to oversee our accounts receivable operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of financial principles and experience in managing a team. This role requires a proactive approach to ensure timely collection of payments, accurate financial reporting, and efficient management of customer accounts. A Master of Computer Applications (MCA) degree is essential for this position, demonstrating a strong analytical and technical aptitude.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the end-to-end accounts receivable process, including invoicing, cash application, and collections.

Develop and implement strategies to reduce accounts receivable aging and improve cash flow.

Oversee credit control activities and assess creditworthiness of new and existing customers.

Reconcile accounts receivable ledger with the general ledger and ensure accuracy.

Prepare regular reports on accounts receivable status, aging, and collection performance for management.

Liaise with sales, customer service, and other departments to resolve customer billing issues.

Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.

Utilize MCA knowledge to analyze data, identify trends, and improve AR processes through technological solutions.
