IPQA Officer - Full-Time Role (0-1 Yrs)

Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented IPQA Officer with a Master's in Design (M.Des) to join our Quality Assurance team. In this role, you will support the implementation and maintenance of quality processes within our auto components manufacturing unit. This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career professional to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development and documentation of quality control procedures and work instructions.
- Conduct visual inspections and basic functional checks of manufactured components according to defined standards.
- Support the data collection and analysis for quality metrics and performance indicators.
- Participate in internal audits and assist in identifying areas for process improvement.
- Collaborate with production and engineering teams to address quality-related issues.
- Maintain accurate records of inspection and testing activities.
- Learn and apply industry best practices in quality assurance and product development.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of product quality and customer satisfaction.
