Role Summary: We are seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable Manager to oversee our accounts receivable operations in Thiruvananthapuram. This role is ideal for an individual with 2-4 years of experience in AR management, who possesses strong organizational skills and a keen eye for detail. You will be responsible for managing the entire AR cycle, ensuring timely collection of payments, and maintaining accurate financial records, without requiring a formal graduation degree.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise the daily operations of the accounts receivable department.
- Process incoming payments, apply cash, and ensure accuracy in customer accounts.
- Monitor customer account details for non-payments, delayed payments, and other irregularities.
- Follow established procedures for collecting on past-due accounts, including making collection calls and sending dunning notices.
- Reconcile the accounts receivable ledger to ensure that all payments are accounted for and properly posted.
- Generate aging reports and analyze AR balances to identify trends and potential issues.
- Collaborate with the sales and customer service teams to resolve billing discrepancies and customer disputes.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly financial statements and AR-related reports.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting principles.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement within the AR function.
