Advertising & Creative - Other (3-4 Yrs) | Gurgaon

Role Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and creative Advertising & Creative professional with 3-4 years of experience to join our team in Gurgaon. The ideal candidate will have a BBA/BBM degree and a passion for the petrochemical and plastics industry. You will be instrumental in developing and executing innovative advertising and creative strategies to enhance our brand presence and market reach.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development and implementation of integrated marketing and advertising campaigns across various channels (digital, print, OOH).
- Collaborate with internal teams (sales, marketing, product development) to understand project requirements and translate them into compelling creative briefs.
- Support the creation of marketing collateral, including brochures, presentations, social media content, website copy, and advertisements.
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and provide insights for optimization.
- Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitor activities, and potential new advertising avenues.
- Manage relationships with external agencies and vendors as needed.
- Ensure brand consistency across all creative outputs.
- Contribute to brainstorming sessions and ideation for new creative concepts.
