Role Summary:
Kotak Mahindra Bank is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual for the After Sales Service & Repair - Other role. This position, ideal for someone with 1-3 years of experience and an LLM degree, will focus on managing and resolving post-transactional inquiries and issues within our Investment Banking division, ensuring client satisfaction and adherence to regulatory standards. The role requires a strong understanding of financial regulations and dispute resolution mechanisms.

Key Responsibilities:
- Investigate and resolve complex client complaints and disputes related to investment banking products and services.
- Liaise with internal teams (legal, compliance, operations) to gather information and implement solutions.
- Analyze service performance metrics and identify areas for improvement in after-sales processes.
- Ensure all client interactions and resolutions are documented accurately and in compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Provide support for post-deal escalations and ensure timely closure of service requests.
- Assist in drafting and reviewing service-related documentation and client communications.
- Stay updated on relevant financial laws, regulations, and industry best practices pertaining to dispute resolution and client service.
