Air Traffic Controller - Building Material Sector

We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Air Traffic Controller to join our team in Thane. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating the movement of resources and personnel within our extensive operational facilities. This position is ideal for a recent graduate with a BBA/BBM degree and 1-2 years of experience in a related field, looking to contribute to the efficient functioning of a leading building material company.

Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and manage the flow of inbound and outbound materials, vehicles, and personnel within designated operational zones.
- Coordinate with various departments (logistics, production, safety) to ensure seamless operations and timely delivery schedules.
- Maintain accurate records of all movements, including arrival and departure times, and destination points.
- Implement and enforce safety protocols and traffic regulations within the facility premises.
- Identify and report any potential safety hazards or operational inefficiencies.
- Utilize communication systems to relay information and instructions to ground staff and vehicle operators.
- Assist in developing and optimizing operational procedures for improved efficiency.
