Role Summary: We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Risk & Compliance Consultant with 0-2 years of experience to join our team in Mangalore. This role is ideal for a recent graduate with a BBA/BBM degree looking to build a career in risk management and regulatory compliance within the dynamic building materials sector. You will assist in developing, implementing, and monitoring compliance frameworks to ensure adherence to legal, regulatory, and internal policies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks across business operations.
- Support the development and implementation of compliance policies and procedures.
- Conduct internal audits and reviews to ensure adherence to regulations and company standards.
- Monitor changes in relevant laws and regulations and assess their impact on the company.
- Prepare reports on compliance status and risk assessments for management.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to compliance activities.
- Collaborate with various departments to promote a culture of compliance and risk awareness.
