Job Description

Role Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Allergist / Immunologist with a keen interest in the Business Process Management (BPM) sector. This role is ideal for an individual with 2-3 years of experience and an LLB degree, looking to leverage their analytical and problem-solving skills in a dynamic, non-traditional healthcare setting. You will be instrumental in analyzing complex healthcare data, ensuring regulatory compliance, and contributing to the strategic development of our BPM services related to allergy and immunology.

Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze patient data and medical records to identify trends and patterns relevant to allergy and immunology, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
- Interpret and apply relevant legal and regulatory frameworks (including those related to healthcare data privacy and medical malpractice) to BPM processes.
- Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) for allergy and immunology-related BPM workflows, ensuring compliance with industry best practices and legal requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including legal, compliance, and operations, to address complex case scenarios and provide expert insights.
- Assist in the review and drafting of legal documents, contracts, and compliance policies pertinent to healthcare BPM services.
- Conduct research on emerging trends in allergy, immunology, and healthcare regulations to inform service improvements.
- Support the training of new team members on allergy/immunology processes and legal considerations.
- Contribute to client-facing presentations and discussions, explaining technical and legal aspects of our services.
