Analyst - Financial Planning & Analysis - B.Tech/B.E. Professionals (2-4 Yrs)

Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and analytical Analyst to join our Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will possess a strong quantitative background with a B.Tech/B.E. degree and 2-4 years of experience in financial analysis, forecasting, and budgeting. You will play a crucial role in supporting strategic decision-making by providing accurate financial insights and robust analytical support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the preparation of annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and long-term financial plans.
• Develop and maintain financial models to support business planning and decision-making.
• Analyze financial performance against budget and forecast, identifying key variances and their drivers.
• Prepare regular financial reports and presentations for senior management.
• Conduct ad-hoc financial analysis to support strategic initiatives and new business opportunities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather financial data and ensure accuracy.
• Support the development and implementation of financial systems and processes.
