Anchorperson - 1-2 Yrs - Analytics / KPO / Research Sector

Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Anchorperson with 1-2 years of experience to join our Analytics and KPO division in Bhubaneshwar. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth flow of information and coordination between various teams and projects within the sector. This role requires a strong understanding of analytical processes and the ability to manage data-driven workflows effectively. A B.Tech/B.E. degree is essential for this position.

Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and facilitate communication between project teams, stakeholders, and management.
- Track project progress, identify potential bottlenecks, and proactively suggest solutions.
- Ensure timely delivery of reports, insights, and analytical outputs.
- Maintain and update project documentation, databases, and progress trackers.
- Support in data analysis and interpretation by liaising with data analysts and researchers.
- Assist in the preparation of presentations and client-facing materials.
- Monitor adherence to project timelines and quality standards.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and best practices within the analytics and KPO teams.
- Liaise with technical teams to ensure smooth execution of analytical processes.
