Role Summary: We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Fitness Trainer / Gym Instructor to join our team in Guwahati. This role is ideal for an individual with a recent LLB degree looking to transition into a corporate wellness role. You will be responsible for promoting a healthy lifestyle within the organization, conducting fitness sessions, and providing guidance to employees on general well-being. While formal fitness certifications are a plus, your legal background will be leveraged for understanding compliance, policy adherence, and structured program development.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct introductory fitness sessions and general exercise classes for employees.

Provide basic guidance on fitness, health, and wellness principles.

Assist in organizing and promoting company-wide wellness events and challenges.

Maintain a clean and safe environment in the gym/fitness area.

Develop structured workout plans and routines suitable for a corporate environment.

Liaise with HR and administration for program scheduling and employee engagement.

Ensure adherence to company policies and safety regulations in all activities.

Utilize analytical skills developed during LLB studies to assess program effectiveness and suggest improvements.
