Role Summary: We are seeking a vigilant and responsible Armed Security Guard with a Master of Commerce (M.Com) degree to join our team in Vadodara. This role is ideal for candidates with 0-2 years of experience looking to contribute to the safety and security of our petrochemical facility. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of security protocols and a keen eye for detail, leveraging their analytical skills from their M.Com background to identify and report potential security risks.

Key Responsibilities:

Patrol designated areas of the petrochemical complex to ensure the security of personnel, assets, and property.

Monitor surveillance equipment (CCTV) and alarm systems to detect any suspicious activities or breaches.

Enforce company policies and regulations, ensuring compliance with security procedures.

Respond promptly to alarms, emergencies, and security incidents, taking appropriate action to mitigate risks.

Maintain accurate logs and records of all security-related activities, incidents, and observations.

Conduct basic security checks and searches as required, adhering to legal and company guidelines.

Assist in managing access control to the facility, verifying identities and authorizing entry.

Utilize analytical skills developed through M.Com studies to assess potential security vulnerabilities and report findings to supervisors.

Communicate effectively with colleagues, management, and emergency services.
