With 2-3 years of experience and a Master of Commerce (M.Com) degree, you will play a crucial role in managing and optimizing our financial assets. This role is ideal for an individual looking to grow within a fast-paced FinTech environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor and reconcile asset transactions to ensure accuracy and completeness.

Assist in the management of various financial assets, including but not limited to, digital assets and payment instruments.

Prepare regular reports on asset performance, P&L, and operational metrics for management.

Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., Finance, Compliance, Product) to resolve operational issues and ensure smooth asset lifecycle management.

Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies related to asset operations.

Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy in asset operations.
