Audit & Control - Other (3-4 Yrs Experience)

Role Summary: We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented professional with a Doctorate/PhD to join our Audit & Control team. This role will involve conducting comprehensive internal audits, assessing risk, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies within the beverage industry. The ideal candidate will possess strong research capabilities and a thorough understanding of audit methodologies, with 3-4 years of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute internal audit engagements across various business functions, identifying control weaknesses and operational inefficiencies.
- Develop and implement audit programs, methodologies, and procedures, leveraging advanced analytical techniques and data visualization tools.
- Conduct in-depth research and analysis of complex financial, operational, and compliance issues, providing expert insights and recommendations.
- Evaluate the design and effectiveness of internal controls, including IT general controls and application controls.
- Assess compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry best practices, particularly within the Indian beverage sector.
- Prepare clear and concise audit reports, communicating findings and recommendations to senior management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement corrective action plans.
- Stay abreast of emerging risks, regulatory changes, and best practices in audit and control within the beverage industry.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of the internal audit function through process enhancements and knowledge sharing.
