Job Description

Role Summary: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Automation Developer with 2-3 years of experience to join our dynamic startup team in Surat. This role is ideal for a BBA/BBM graduate who is passionate about leveraging technology to streamline business processes, particularly within the financial services sector. You will be instrumental in identifying, developing, and implementing automation solutions to enhance efficiency and accuracy across various business functions.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify opportunities for process automation within the investment banking/venture capital/private equity operations.

Design, develop, and implement automation scripts and workflows using relevant tools and technologies.

Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

Test and debug automation solutions to ensure functionality and reliability.

Document automation processes, workflows, and technical specifications.

Provide support and maintenance for implemented automation solutions.

Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in automation and process improvement.
