Role Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical individual with a Master of Science (M.Sc.) degree and 3-4 years of experience to join our dynamic team in Hyderabad. This role focuses on applying scientific principles and research methodologies to address challenges and opportunities within the intersection of the aviation & aerospace sector and our petrochemical/plastics/rubber business. You will contribute to projects that leverage our material science expertise to support advancements in aerospace applications.

Key Responsibilities:

* Conduct research and development activities related to advanced materials (polymers, composites) for aerospace applications.
* Analyze material properties and performance under various aerospace-specific conditions (e.g., temperature extremes, stress, chemical exposure).
* Collaborate with engineering and R&D teams to identify and develop innovative solutions for lightweighting, durability, and performance enhancement in aircraft components.
* Stay abreast of the latest advancements in aerospace materials science and relevant industry trends.
* Prepare technical reports, presentations, and documentation for internal and external stakeholders.
* Participate in material testing, validation, and quality control processes.
* Contribute to the development of intellectual property and patent applications where relevant.
* Assist in troubleshooting material-related issues in production and application.
