We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Aviation Security Officer with 1-3 years of experience and an MBA/PGDM degree to join our growing team in Thane. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the security and safety of our aviation-related assets and personnel, contributing to the overall risk management framework of our FinTech operations. This role requires a strategic mindset to identify and mitigate potential security threats.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive aviation security policies and procedures aligned with industry best practices and regulatory requirements.
• Conduct regular risk assessments and security audits of aviation facilities, assets, and operations.
• Monitor security systems, including CCTV surveillance and access control, to detect and respond to any unauthorized activities.
• Investigate security breaches, incidents, and suspicious activities, preparing detailed reports and recommending corrective actions.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external agencies (e.g., airport authorities, law enforcement) to enhance security protocols.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant aviation security regulations and standards.
• Manage and train security personnel, fostering a culture of vigilance and adherence to security protocols.
• Contribute to the development of contingency plans and emergency response procedures for security-related events.
