Back End Developer Job Opportunity - BPM (3-5 Yrs)

We are seeking a talented and experienced Back End Developer with a Master of Technology (M.Tech) degree and 3-5 years of hands-on experience to join our dynamic team in Ludhiana. As a Back End Developer at WNS, you will be instrumental in designing, developing, and maintaining robust and scalable server-side applications and APIs that power our business processes within the BPM industry. You will collaborate closely with front-end developers, system architects, and business analysts to deliver high-quality solutions that meet our clients' needs.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and implement efficient, reusable, and reliable back-end code using languages such as Java, Python, or Node.js.
- Build and maintain RESTful APIs for seamless integration with front-end applications and third-party services.
- Develop and manage database schemas and queries for relational and NoSQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
- Implement security and data protection measures within the back-end infrastructure.
- Write unit and integration tests to ensure code quality and application stability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems.
- Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry best practices in back-end development.
