Back Office Executive - Food Processing (2-4 Yrs)

Role Summary: We are seeking a meticulous and organized Back Office Executive with 2-4 years of experience to join our team in Surat. The ideal candidate will possess an M.Pharma degree and have a strong understanding of pharmaceutical processes and regulatory compliance, applying this knowledge to the food processing industry. You will be responsible for supporting various administrative and operational functions within the company, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain accurate records of inventory, production, and quality control data, leveraging M.Pharma knowledge for a deeper understanding of quality parameters.
- Coordinate with different departments (e.g., R&D, Production, Quality Assurance) to ensure seamless workflow and information exchange.
- Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and documentation for internal and external stakeholders.
- Monitor and ensure compliance with relevant industry regulations and standards, particularly those related to food safety and quality, drawing parallels from pharmaceutical compliance.
- Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, managing correspondence, and maintaining office supplies.
- Support the procurement process by liaising with suppliers and tracking orders.
- Assist in the implementation and maintenance of back-office systems and databases.
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
