We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Bankruptcy Analyst to join our team. This role is crucial for managing financial distress scenarios and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations within our printing and publishing operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of financial principles and analytical skills, coupled with a BCA degree.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the preparation and analysis of financial statements for companies undergoing insolvency or bankruptcy proceedings.
Conduct data analysis to identify financial risks, liabilities, and potential recovery strategies.
Support legal and finance teams in gathering documentation and information related to bankruptcy cases.
Maintain accurate records and reports on bankruptcy case progress and financial outcomes.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure adherence to legal and financial frameworks.
Perform research on relevant bankruptcy laws and regulations.
