Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare and serve a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and artistry.
- Manage bar inventory, including ordering, receiving, and stocktaking, ensuring optimal stock levels and minimizing wastage.
- Maintain impeccable hygiene and cleanliness standards in the bar area, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
- Develop and curate innovative cocktail menus, potentially incorporating unique flavour profiles or thematic elements relevant to the jewellery industry.
- Interact with clients and guests, understanding their preferences and providing personalized recommendations.
- Manage bar operations during events, ensuring efficient service and a positive guest experience.
- Collaborate with event planning teams to create bespoke beverage packages for special occasions.
- Utilize analytical skills to monitor beverage sales, identify trends, and propose strategies for improvement.
- Ensure all equipment is properly maintained and report any maintenance issues promptly.
