Role Summary: We are seeking a motivated and experienced professional to join our corporate team in Kochi, focusing on the Beauty & Personal Care sector. The ideal candidate will leverage their M.Pharma background and 3-5 years of experience to contribute to product development, regulatory affairs, and quality assurance within our innovative beauty and personal care division. This role involves bridging scientific understanding with market demands to ensure product excellence and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the development and formulation of new beauty and personal care products, ensuring alignment with market trends and scientific efficacy.
Conduct research and analysis to identify innovative ingredients and technologies for product enhancement.
Ensure all products meet stringent quality standards and comply with relevant national and international regulations (e.g., CDSCO).
Collaborate with R&D, marketing, and supply chain teams to bring products from concept to market efficiently.
Manage and review product documentation, including technical data sheets, safety assessments, and registration dossiers.
Stay updated on industry best practices, emerging scientific research, and competitive landscape in the beauty and personal care sector.
Provide scientific and technical expertise to support marketing claims and consumer education initiatives.
