Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and customer-centric Bell Captain with 0-2 years of experience to join our esteemed team in Pune. The ideal candidate will have a B.Sc degree and a passion for providing exceptional guest experiences within our luxury retail environment. You will be responsible for assisting guests, managing their luggage, and ensuring a seamless and welcoming arrival and departure process. This role is crucial in setting the tone for our guests' overall experience.

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and departure, offering assistance with luggage.
- Efficiently and safely transport guest luggage to and from rooms, or to designated areas.
- Provide information about hotel services, amenities, and local attractions.
- Respond to guest inquiries and requests promptly and courteously.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the lobby and luggage storage areas.
- Assist with guest check-in and check-out processes when required.
- Coordinate with other hotel departments to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Handle guest complaints and concerns with professionalism and escalate issues as needed.
- Adhere to all hotel policies and safety procedures.
- Support the Front Office team with various administrative tasks.
