BI Developer (2-3 Yrs Experience)

We are seeking a motivated BI Developer with 2-3 years of experience to join our dynamic team in Bhubaneshwar. The ideal candidate will have a B.Sc degree and a strong understanding of business intelligence principles and data analysis. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining business intelligence solutions that provide actionable insights to support strategic decision-making within our petrochemical operations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and implement Business Intelligence solutions, including reports, dashboards, and data visualizations using tools like Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms.
- Gather and analyze business requirements from various stakeholders within the petrochemical and polymer divisions.
- Develop and maintain ETL processes to extract, transform, and load data from disparate sources into data warehouses or data marts.
- Perform data modeling and database design for BI solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to BI reports, dashboards, and data integrity.
- Collaborate with IT and business teams to ensure data accuracy and timely delivery of insights.
- Document BI solutions, processes, and data dictionaries.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in business intelligence and data analytics.
