BI Developer for B.Sc Graduates (3-4 Yrs)

Role Summary: We are seeking a talented BI Developer with 3-4 years of experience to join our dynamic team in Jaipur. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in data analysis, reporting, and dashboard development, with a B.Sc degree and a passion for leveraging data to drive business decisions within the investment banking sector. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining business intelligence solutions that provide actionable insights to stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain BI dashboards and reports using tools like Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their data needs and translate them into technical requirements.
• Perform data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes from various sources.
• Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies.
• Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across all reports and dashboards.
