Role Summary: We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Bidding / Auction / Proposal professional with a Master of Science (M.Sc) degree and 0-2 years of experience. This role is crucial for supporting our business development and sales teams in identifying and securing new opportunities within the electronics manufacturing sector. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical aptitude and a keen interest in commercial processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in researching and identifying relevant tenders, auctions, and proposal opportunities.

Review and analyze tender documents, RFPs, and other bidding requirements.

Contribute to the preparation and compilation of bid proposals, ensuring all documentation is accurate and complete.

Coordinate with internal teams (e.g., technical, legal, finance) to gather necessary information for proposals.

Maintain a database of past bids, proposals, and their outcomes for future reference.

Support the bidding team in understanding client requirements and market trends.

Ensure timely submission of all bids and proposals.
