Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in gathering and organizing necessary documents and information for bid and proposal submissions.
- Help in researching potential auction opportunities and new business leads.
- Support the team in preparing tender documents, proposals, and presentations.
- Maintain accurate records of all bidding activities, submissions, and deadlines.
- Coordinate with internal departments (e.g., legal, finance, technical) to ensure all proposal requirements are met.
- Perform data entry and maintain databases related to clients, bids, and proposals.
- Assist in reviewing and formatting proposal documents for clarity and accuracy.
- Follow up on submitted bids and proposals as directed by the senior team members.
- Learn and adapt to company processes and industry best practices for bidding and procurement.
