Job Description

Role Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and multilingual individual with a Master of Science (M.Sc.) degree to join our team as a Bilingual / Multilingual Support Specialist (Non-Voice). This role is crucial for providing excellent support to our diverse clientele, ensuring clear and accurate communication across different languages through written channels. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in a customer support or communication-focused role and possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills developed during their M.Sc. studies.

Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries and requests via email, chat, or other non-voice channels in multiple languages.
- Translate and interpret information accurately between different languages, ensuring technical accuracy for gemological terms.
- Assist customers with product information, service inquiries, and resolving issues related to GIA's services in India.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and resolutions in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and address complex queries.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, ensuring data privacy and security.
- Contribute to the development of multilingual support resources and FAQs.
