Job Description

Role Summary:
We are seeking a proficient Bilingual / Multilingual Support Specialist with 2-4 years of experience, holding a Master of Science (M.Sc.) degree, to join our dynamic team in Chandigarh. This role involves providing exceptional voice and blended support to our diverse clientele, ensuring clear communication across different languages and cultural contexts. You will be instrumental in bridging communication gaps and enhancing customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality voice and blended support to customers in their preferred language, maintaining professionalism and empathy.
- Accurately translate and interpret information between clients and internal teams, ensuring clarity and precision.
- Address customer inquiries, issues, and requests promptly and efficiently through various communication channels (phone, email, chat).
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
- Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate channels.
- Proactively identify opportunities to improve customer experience and provide feedback to management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex customer issues.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information.
