Project Manager - Construction - Advertising & Marketing (Ahmedabad)

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Project Manager - Construction with 2-3 years of experience to join our dynamic advertising and marketing team in Ahmedabad. In this role, you will be instrumental in overseeing the planning, execution, and completion of construction projects related to our advertising campaigns and marketing infrastructure. You will ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards, all while supporting our creative and strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage all phases of construction projects, from initiation and planning to execution and closure.
- Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
- Coordinate with internal teams, external vendors, contractors, and suppliers to ensure seamless project execution.
- Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor progress, quality, and safety compliance.
- Identify and mitigate project risks, proactively addressing any issues that may arise.
- Prepare regular project status reports for stakeholders, highlighting achievements, challenges, and next steps.
- Ensure all construction activities adhere to relevant building codes, regulations, and company policies.
- Support the creative and marketing teams by ensuring physical assets and campaign-related constructions meet design specifications and deadlines.
