Job Description

Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and articulate Bilingual/Multilingual Support Specialist with 1-2 years of experience to join our dynamic team in Noida. This role involves providing exceptional voice and blended customer support to our diverse clientele, leveraging your language proficiency and understanding of financial principles (M.Com background). You will be instrumental in enhancing customer satisfaction and resolving queries efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls and other communication channels (chat, email) in multiple languages.
- Address customer inquiries, provide information about products/services, and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
- Maintain accurate customer records and document all interactions in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with internal teams to escalate complex issues and ensure timely resolution.
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and quality standards.
- Utilize your M.Com knowledge to understand customer financial queries and provide appropriate guidance.
- Contribute to team goals and continuous improvement initiatives.
