Key Responsibilities:
- Generate and issue invoices to customers accurately and on time, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Review billing data for errors and discrepancies, performing necessary corrections and reconciliations.
- Assist in the preparation of billing reports and statements for management review.
- Understand and apply legal frameworks and contractual obligations relevant to billing and service agreements, leveraging your LLM knowledge.
- Liaise with sales, customer service, and other departments to resolve billing-related queries and issues.
- Maintain organized and up-to-date billing records and documentation.
- Support the Accounts Receivable team in follow-ups on outstanding payments.
- Stay abreast of industry-specific billing regulations and best practices.
