Ward Clerk - Media, Entertainment & Telecom (Vadodara) - 3-5 Yrs

Role Summary:
We are seeking a meticulous and organized Ward Clerk with 3-5 years of experience and an M.Des degree to manage administrative and operational tasks within our media production facility in Vadodara. The ideal candidate will be adept at streamlining workflows, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring efficient communication between various departments. This role requires a unique blend of organizational skills and an understanding of creative project lifecycles, leveraging the design thinking and user-centric approach acquired through an M.Des.

Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage patient/talent records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Schedule appointments, manage calendars, and facilitate communication between medical staff, production teams, and administrative personnel.
- Prepare, organize, and maintain departmental reports, records, and documentation.
- Assist in the procurement and inventory management of medical supplies and office equipment.
- Liaise with external vendors and service providers as required.
- Utilize design thinking principles to identify and implement process improvements for administrative workflows.
- Support the creation of visual aids and documentation for operational procedures.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe ward environment.
- Handle patient/talent inquiries and provide information with professionalism and empathy.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant healthcare and company policies and procedures.
