We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Billing Executive to join our team in Vishakhapatnam. This role is crucial for ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our billing processes within the electrical equipment sector. The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of experience and a strong understanding of billing operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and issue invoices to customers accurately and on time.
- Verify accuracy of billing data and calculations.
- Process payments and reconcile accounts receivable.
- Liaise with sales and logistics teams to ensure all billing information is complete and correct.
- Handle customer queries related to billing and payments.
