Role Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced IT Security professional with 3-5 years of experience to join our team in Lucknow. The ideal candidate will possess a Master of Technology (M.Tech) degree and have a strong understanding of various IT security domains. You will be responsible for implementing, monitoring, and maintaining security measures to protect our company's digital assets and ensure compliance with industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and manage security policies, procedures, and controls.
- Monitor network and system security to detect and respond to threats and vulnerabilities.
- Conduct regular security audits and risk assessments.
- Manage and maintain security infrastructure, including firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems, and antivirus solutions.
- Investigate security incidents and breaches, providing timely resolution and post-incident analysis.
- Ensure compliance with relevant data protection regulations and industry best practices.
- Collaborate with IT teams to integrate security measures into system development and infrastructure.
- Provide security awareness training to employees.
- Stay updated with the latest security threats, trends, and technologies.
