Role Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Blue Collar Recruiter with 0-1 years of experience to join our Talent Acquisition team in Gurgaon. This role is ideal for an M.Tech graduate looking to kickstart their career in recruitment within the dynamic Media, Entertainment & Telecom industry. You will be instrumental in sourcing, screening, and onboarding blue-collar talent, contributing to the growth and success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

* Assist in developing and implementing effective sourcing strategies to attract blue-collar candidates for various roles across different departments.
* Conduct initial screening of resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
* Perform phone screenings and initial interviews to assess candidate suitability.
* Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
* Assist in managing the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition.
* Collaborate with the HR team to understand staffing needs and provide recruitment support.
* Stay updated on recruitment best practices and industry trends, particularly within the blue-collar segment.
* Support in organizing and participating in recruitment drives and job fairs.
