Bosun (3-4 Yrs)

Role Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Bosun to join our dynamic team at our Nagpur facility. The ideal candidate will have 3-4 years of experience in a similar role within the food processing industry and possess a Bachelor of Arts degree. You will be responsible for overseeing the efficient operation and maintenance of our processing units, ensuring quality standards and safety protocols are strictly adhered to. This role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and a strong understanding of food production workflows.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the processing floor staff, ensuring smooth operations.
- Monitor production processes to maintain optimal efficiency and product quality.
- Implement and enforce all safety regulations and hygiene standards within the facility.
- Conduct regular inspections of machinery and equipment, reporting any malfunctions or necessary repairs.
- Assist in inventory management of raw materials and finished goods.
- Train and mentor junior staff on operational procedures and best practices.
- Collaborate with quality control teams to ensure products meet company and regulatory standards.
- Troubleshoot operational issues and implement corrective actions in a timely manner.
- Maintain accurate production records and reports.
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and reduce waste.
