Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and optimize daily branch operations, including logistics, inventory management, and customer service.
- Supervise and lead the branch team, providing guidance, training, and performance management.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and industry standards.
- Monitor operational costs and implement strategies for cost reduction and efficiency improvements.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and local stakeholders.
- Prepare operational reports and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations in a professional and timely manner.
