Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve branch revenue and growth objectives in the B2B segment.
- Identify and prospect potential corporate clients, understanding their financial needs and offering tailored banking solutions.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key decision-makers in corporate accounts.
- Cross-sell and up-sell a range of banking products and services, including loans, credit facilities, and transaction banking solutions.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets for new client acquisition and revenue generation.
- Provide regular reports on sales performance, pipeline, and market insights to the senior management.
