We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Quality Head to join our growing startup in the Indian banking sector. This role is crucial in ensuring the highest standards of quality across our products and services, contributing to customer satisfaction and regulatory compliance. You will be responsible for developing and implementing quality assurance strategies, processes, and frameworks.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement comprehensive quality assurance plans and procedures for banking products and services.
Conduct root cause analysis of quality issues and implement corrective and preventive actions.
Oversee testing processes, including unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
Collaborate with product development, engineering, and operations teams to ensure quality is embedded throughout the product lifecycle.
Monitor key quality metrics and provide regular reports to senior management.
Ensure compliance with relevant banking regulations and industry standards.
Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in quality management and the fintech industry.
