Role Summary:

The Breast Surgeon will contribute to the diagnosis, treatment, and management of breast-related conditions, working collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough patient consultations, medical history reviews, and physical examinations related to breast health.
- Interpret diagnostic imaging reports (mammograms, ultrasounds, MRIs) and pathology results.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for benign and malignant breast conditions.
- Perform breast surgeries, including biopsies, lumpectomies, mastectomies, and reconstructive procedures, under appropriate supervision.
- Provide pre-operative and post-operative care to patients.
- Educate patients and their families about breast health, disease prevention, and treatment options.
- Collaborate with oncologists, radiologists, pathologists, and other specialists to ensure comprehensive patient management.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
