Breast Surgeon (3-4 Yrs Experience)

Role Summary: We are seeking a dedicated Breast Surgeon with 3-4 years of experience to join our innovative team in Vijayawada. You will be instrumental in providing expert consultations, diagnoses, and treatment plans for breast-related conditions, ensuring the highest standards of patient safety and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, including medical history review, physical examinations, and interpretation of diagnostic imaging (mammograms, ultrasounds, MRIs).
- Diagnose and manage a wide range of breast conditions, including benign and malignant tumors, infections, and other abnormalities.
- Develop and execute personalized treatment plans, which may include surgical interventions (biopsies, lumpectomies, mastectomies), medical management, and referral to other specialists.
- Perform minimally invasive and open surgical procedures related to breast health with precision and care.
- Provide pre-operative and post-operative care, including patient education, wound management, and follow-up consultations.
- Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team of oncologists, radiologists, pathologists, and nurses to ensure holistic patient care.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in accordance with ethical and legal standards.
- Stay abreast of the latest advancements in breast surgery techniques, technologies, and research.
