We are seeking a talented and motivated Business Intelligence & Analytics professional with 3-4 years of experience to join our dynamic team as a Freelance Business Intelligence & Analytics - Other. You will play a crucial role in transforming raw data into actionable insights that drive strategic business decisions within the financial services domain. This role is ideal for a B.Tech/B.E. graduate with a strong analytical mindset and a passion for data-driven problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using BI tools to track key performance indicators (KPIs) for financial products and services.

Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for business growth and process improvement.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, marketing, operations) to understand their data needs and provide analytical support.

Perform data mining and statistical analysis to support strategic initiatives and product development.

Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across all reporting and analytical outputs.

Communicate findings and recommendations clearly and concisely to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in business intelligence and data analytics.
