This role is crucial in supporting our investment activities, deal sourcing, and portfolio management efforts within the Indian market. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of financial markets and a keen eye for business development opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the evaluation of potential investment opportunities, including market research, financial modeling, and due diligence.

Support the deal origination process by identifying and networking with potential investee companies and intermediaries.

Contribute to the monitoring and performance evaluation of existing portfolio companies.

Prepare investment memos, presentations, and reports for internal stakeholders and investment committee meetings.

Conduct industry research and competitive analysis to identify emerging trends and opportunities.

Collaborate with deal teams on transaction execution and post-investment management.
