Business Studies Teacher (Diploma Graduates) - 3-5 Yrs

We are seeking an experienced Business Studies Teacher with a Diploma in Education to join our corporate training division. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in delivering engaging business studies content, preferably within a corporate or vocational training environment. This role involves developing and delivering training programs focused on foundational business principles, financial literacy, and operational aspects relevant to the FinTech and payments industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and deliver engaging training modules on core business studies concepts, including economics, marketing, finance, and management.
• Develop curriculum and training materials tailored to the needs of employees in the FinTech and payments sector.
• Assess learner progress through practical exercises, quizzes, and feedback sessions.
• Facilitate discussions and group activities to enhance understanding and application of business concepts.
• Stay updated with industry trends in FinTech and payments to ensure training relevance.
• Provide constructive feedback to trainees and management on program effectiveness.
