Buyer / Senior Buyer (3-4 Yrs) - Investment Banking

Role Summary: We are seeking a driven and analytical Buyer / Senior Buyer with 3-4 years of experience and an MBA/PGDM to join our dynamic team in Delhi. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and managing procurement activities for our investment banking operations. This role requires a strong understanding of procurement processes, market analysis, and vendor relationship management within the financial services sector.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement procurement strategies to optimize costs and ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
- Identify and evaluate potential vendors, conduct RFPs/RFQs, and negotiate contracts and terms.
- Manage vendor relationships, monitor performance, and ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards.
- Analyze market trends and identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand their procurement needs and provide effective solutions.
- Maintain accurate procurement records and prepare regular reports on spending and vendor performance.
- Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements related to procurement.
